Use of the site
These Terms apply to your use of AI Porn Database. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
The site is a set of published reference pages. There are no user accounts, no logins and no subscriptions to this site, and nothing is sold or paid for here. Any sign-up or purchase happens on an external site, under that site's own terms, with that site's own operator.
Informational purpose
Database profiles, Glossary entries, Technology dossiers, Blog posts and Adult AI Studies are published for information. Each is written to record what something is and what its own documentation says about it, cited so a reader can check the source.
They are descriptions, not endorsements, recommendations or verdicts. A profile records what the available documentation supported when the entry was researched. It is not a commitment that an external product or service will stay available, keep the same features, keep the same pricing, keep the same policies, or behave the way it was documented as behaving. Those things are decided by whoever operates that product, not here.

Adult subject matter
The subject of this site is adult AI: companion services, generative image and video tools, the models behind them, and the infrastructure underneath. The material is factual and descriptive rather than promotional. The site does not host or display explicit imagery, and it publishes no user-submitted content.
Many external services documented here produce or host explicit material, so following an outbound link can take you to a site with adult content, its own access rules and its own age requirements. AI Porn Database is written for an adult audience, which is what the 18+ notice carried in the footer of every page records.
Coverage excludes non-consensual and exploitative use. Where a technology can be misused that way it is described as a technology, including that misuse potential, without instructions for carrying the misuse out.
External websites and services
This site links to independent third-party websites: the products it documents, and the pages cited as sources. Those sites are run by other people. AI Porn Database does not control them, does not operate them, and is not a party to any agreement you enter into with them.
Every external service sets its own terms, privacy practices, content rules, pricing, payment handling, age and access restrictions, and availability. Any of those can change without notice and without this site knowing. Read them where they are published and judge the service on them before you use it or pay for it.
Inclusion in the Database is not an endorsement. An entity is listed because a factual, source-backed record could be written about it.
Affiliate Disclosure
Some outbound links on AI Porn Database are affiliate links, and others are direct links to the destination. Where a link is an affiliate link, and you follow it and then complete a qualifying action on the destination site such as signing up or making a purchase, AI Porn Database may receive compensation.
Not every service listed here has an affiliate relationship. Many entries link straight to the entity's own site with no commercial arrangement behind the link at all.
Outbound visit links pass through an internal /visit/ route on this site and are marked
nofollow, which keeps commercial links structurally identifiable. Both kinds of
destination use that same route, so a visit link should be read as potentially monetised.
Source citations are separate and are not monetised. The links in a profile's Sources section point directly at the documentation being cited, and they stay direct whether or not an affiliate relationship exists for that entity. A factual citation is never converted into a commercial link.
Affiliate relationships do not affect rankings or scores, because AI Porn Database does not rank or score the entities it documents. Profiles carry no ratings, no scores and no "best" designations, and nothing on the site orders entities by quality. There is no position for compensation to buy, and inclusion in the Database should not be described by anyone as a paid placement or a paid ranking.
Pricing on a destination site is set by that site. Whether following an affiliate link changes what you pay is determined there, and this site makes no guarantee either way.
Intellectual property
The original material here belongs to AI Porn Database: the written entries, the editorial structure and selection, the site design, and the graphics produced for it. It may be read, linked to and quoted with attribution. Reproducing entries wholesale, or extracting the Database as a dataset, is a different matter and is not permitted without permission.
Facts themselves are not owned. Nothing here claims exclusive rights over the underlying facts about a product, a model or a technique, only over the way this site has researched, written and arranged them.
Third-party material stays with its owners. Product and company names, trademarks, logos, site icons and screenshots of external websites belong to the parties that own them, and no claim of ownership over any of it is made here. Where an external name or mark appears, it appears to identify the thing being described. Screenshots and site icons are published as reference material showing what a service presents publicly, and captures are censored before publication as described under Screenshots and site icons.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the operation of the site or the server it runs on, do not attempt to reach anything that is not published, do not run automated activity that materially disrupts the site for other people, and do not use the site or its content for unlawful purposes.
Ordinary use is not restricted by any of that. Reading, linking, sharing, quoting with attribution,
and search-engine crawling within what the site's robots.txt allows are all fine.
Accuracy and availability
Adult AI products change quickly. Features appear and disappear, pricing moves, policies are rewritten, and services shut down without announcement. Entries here are written from documented sources and checked against them, but a page reflects what those sources supported when it was researched, and it can fall behind between research passes.
Where the evidence does not support a claim, the entry records the uncertainty rather than resolving it by inference. Unknown, Not documented and Not researched are kept distinct from No and Not supported, in profiles and in the studies that count them.
The site is published as it stands. Availability is not guaranteed, pages can change or be removed, and corrections are made when better sources turn up.
Studies and research
The Adult AI Studies aggregate the Database records rather than a separate collection effort. They describe the entities currently included and researched here, and they are not a measurement of the global adult AI market. A study is a snapshot taken under stated rules on a stated date, and it should be read that way.
Each study publishes its denominators and keeps unknown values apart from documented negatives, so a percentage of the whole roster and a percentage of the entities where a field is documented are never mixed together. Volatile fields, pricing and access above all, are accurate as of the snapshot date and no later. The derivation is set out under How Adult AI Studies are derived.
A figure from a study may be cited, provided it is described as what it is: a count over this dataset on that date.

The content here is informational. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and none of it should be relied on in place of advice from someone qualified to give it for your situation. That applies particularly to the policy material in profiles, which records what a platform documents about itself rather than what any law requires of you.
Limitation of responsibility
Decisions about external products and services are yours to make. AI Porn Database describes them. It does not operate them, does not supply them, takes no payment for them, and is not in a position to answer for what they do, what they charge, how they handle your data, or whether they stay available.
The reference material is provided as published, without a guarantee that it is complete, current or free of error. Check it against the cited primary sources before relying on it.
Nothing here excludes a right or obligation that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to the site and these Terms
The site is revised continuously. Entries are updated as their sources change, new entries are added, and studies are recomputed against new snapshots. These Terms may be revised as well, and the version published on this page is the version that applies to use of the site.
